After signing up, go to Settings → Business Profile and fill in your company name, logo, currency, and country. SURI will preload the correct statutory rates for your territory. From there, activate only the modules your business needs. Most businesses are fully set up within an hour.
Yes. SURI supports CSV import for contacts, products, and inventory items. Go to the relevant module, click the import icon, and follow the provided template. For complex migrations from QuickBooks, Xero, or large spreadsheets, contact our support team and we'll assist.
Yes. SURI is a progressive web app (PWA). On your phone, open SURI in your browser and tap "Add to Home Screen." It installs like a native app (no app store needed) and works on both iOS and Android with full offline capability.
If you're in the Caribbean, yes. SURI covers 21+ territories, including T&T, Jamaica, Barbados, Guyana, Belize, the OECS islands, The Bahamas, Cayman Islands and more. Each country's statutory requirements are preloaded: T&T uses NIS, PAYE, and Health Surcharge; Jamaica uses NIS, NHT, Education Tax, and PAYE; Barbados uses NIS and PAYE; The Bahamas uses NIB; the Cayman Islands has no income tax. Pick your country in settings and the correct rates are applied automatically.
Yes. Inventory supports multiple warehouses and locations. POS sessions can be assigned per location so stock movements are attributed correctly. Contact us if you need a multi-entity setup and we'll configure it for your operation.
Every plan includes CRM, Inbox, and Drive & Wiki at no extra cost. On top of that, you choose the additional modules your business actually needs: Finance, HR, Payroll, Inventory, POS, and more. If you run a service business with no inventory, don't pay for inventory. You pick what fits and can change it as your business grows.
Go to Payroll → Run Payroll, select the pay period, and SURI calculates gross pay, all statutory deductions (NIS, PAYE, Health Surcharge, etc.), and net pay for every employee based on your country settings. Review, approve, and payslips are generated and pushed to each employee's Staff Portal instantly. You can export an ACH file for your bank or a CSV for your accountant.
Yes. Create and send professional invoices by email with your logo, or generate a PDF to share via WhatsApp. Recurring invoices can be scheduled weekly, monthly, or quarterly. WiPay integration (available in supported territories) lets clients pay directly from the invoice link. All payments are tracked with partial-payment support.
Assign each cashier a 4-digit PIN in HR. At the POS screen they select their name and enter the PIN, with no admin access required. Every sale automatically deducts from inventory in real time, applies loyalty points if active, and records to your daily sales report. Admins can monitor all transactions live.
Yes. Every staff member gets a dedicated Staff Portal login separate from the admin app. They can view their payslips, check leave balances, submit leave requests, sign documents, and clock in/out, without seeing any business financials or other staff records.
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Access is role-based, so a sales rep can't view payroll, and one business's data is never visible to another. We support two-factor authentication and do not sell or share your data.
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. During that window you can reactivate at any time, or export everything from Settings → Backup as an AES-256 encrypted archive. After 90 days, data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.
Everyone gets their own login with the access level you set: Admin, Manager, Staff, or POS Only. Admins and managers work in the main platform. Staff use a separate portal for payslips, leave, and documents. POS cashiers use a PIN-based login at the point of sale. You decide who sees what.
Yes. Access levels control which modules each person can open and which actions they can perform: create, edit, delete, and export can each be toggled per role. A sales rep might see CRM but not Finance; a manager might approve invoices but not delete them.
Yes. Changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated for the remaining days in the billing cycle. Downgrades or module removals apply at the next renewal date so you're never charged twice for the same period.
