On your onboarding call, we set up your company name, logo, currency, and country together. If you run payroll in Trinidad & Tobago, SURI preloads the current NIS, PAYE and Health Surcharge rates, which we confirm with you during setup, and we activate only the modules your business needs. Most businesses are fully set up within a day.

Yes. SURI supports CSV import for contacts, products, and inventory items. Go to the relevant module, click the import icon, and follow the provided template. For complex migrations from QuickBooks, Xero, or large spreadsheets, contact our support team and we'll assist.

Yes. SURI is a progressive web app (PWA). On your phone, open SURI in your browser and tap "Add to Home Screen." It installs like a native app (no app store needed) and works on both iOS and Android. If your connection drops, you can keep working: changes are saved on the device and sync as soon as you are back online.

SURI is built for Caribbean businesses. CRM, invoicing, POS, inventory, bookings, the online store and every other module work anywhere in the region, in your own currency (TT$, JM$, BB$, EC$ and more). Payroll with statutory deductions is live for Trinidad & Tobago today: NIS, PAYE and Health Surcharge, payslips and bank-ready payment files. Yes. Inventory supports multiple warehouses and locations. POS sessions can be assigned per location so stock movements are attributed correctly. Contact us if you need a multi-entity setup and we'll configure it for your operation.

Yes. Inventory includes recipe/BOM costing for businesses that turn raw materials into finished products, think food production, soaps and cosmetics, or light assembly. Build a recipe from your raw materials and SURI calculates cost per unit and suggests a sell price at your target margin. Producing a batch deducts the exact raw materials used (oldest stock first, by expiry date) and credits the finished goods, with full batch and lot traceability recorded for every run.

Every plan includes CRM, Inbox, Drive & Wiki, e-signatures and basic automations at no extra cost. On top of that, you choose the additional modules your business actually needs: Finance, HR, Payroll, Inventory, POS, and more. Marketing comes with the Online Store, and the general ledger with Business Intelligence. If you run a service business with no inventory, don't pay for inventory. You pick what fits and can change it as your business grows.

Go to Payroll → Run Payroll, select the pay period, and SURI calculates gross pay, the Trinidad and Tobago statutory deductions (NIS, PAYE and Health Surcharge) and net pay for every employee. Review and approve, and payslips are ready for each employee in their Staff Portal. Download a bank payment file in your bank's format (Republic Bank's is built in) or a CSV for your accountant.

Yes. Create and send professional invoices by email with your logo, or generate a PDF to share via WhatsApp. Recurring invoices can be scheduled weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Each unpaid invoice can carry a secure pay link, so clients pay by card online through PayWise and the invoice is marked paid automatically. All payments are tracked with partial-payment support.

Give each cashier their own POS login from HR. It opens only the POS, so they can sell without seeing anything else. (The PIN in HR is for the clock-in kiosk.) Every sale automatically deducts from inventory in real time, applies loyalty points if active, and records to your daily sales report. Admins can monitor all transactions live.

Yes. Every staff member gets a dedicated Staff Portal login separate from the admin app. They can view their payslips, check leave balances, submit leave requests, sign documents, and clock in/out, without seeing any business financials or other staff records.

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Access is role-based, so a sales rep can't view payroll, and one business's data is never visible to another. We support two-factor authentication and do not sell or share your data.

Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. During that window you can reactivate at any time, or export everything from Settings → Backup as an AES-256 encrypted archive. After 90 days, data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers.

Everyone gets their own login with the access level you set: Admin, Manager, Staff, or POS Only. Admins and managers work in the main platform. Staff use a separate portal for payslips, leave, and documents. Cashiers get a POS login that opens only the till. You decide who sees what.

Yes. Access levels control which modules each person can open and which actions they can perform: create, edit, delete, and export can each be toggled per role. A sales rep might see CRM but not Finance; a manager might approve invoices but not delete them.

Yes. When you upgrade, the unused part of your current billing period is credited against the new plan, so you never pay twice for the same days. A downgrade takes effect straight away at the lower price. Talk to us any time and we'll make the change with you.

Yes. Every store can already choose its own theme, fonts, colours and homepage sections. If you want something that looks like no template at all, KP Digital Designs can design and build a custom storefront for your brand: your own header, homepage and footer. Checkout and payments stay on SURI's tested system, so your customers can always pay. It's a one-off premium service, quoted per project on your demo call.
